Pacific Brand’s chairman, James McKenzie has just announced that he will be stepping down from his position at the end of next month to be replaced by Peter Bush, who is currently working as Chairman at Nine Entertainment, has been on the board of directors since 2010.
McKenzie will remain in the company however in the role of a non-executive director on the board.
“Mr MacKenzie will manage an orderly hand-over of his chairman’s duties to Peter Bush and will continue with his other non-executive roles outside Pacific Brands,” the company said in a statement.
This news comes just two weeks after the company failed to reach a deal with potential investors.
